Description
As a principal architect, you will be a senior project manager responsible for business development and project management for building projects in the academic/institutional, industrial, commercial, health care, and bio-technical industries.
Minimum requirements include:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch., or equivalent)
15-20 years of experience
A record of successful project completion within budgetary and schedule constraints
Professional registration in Massachusetts
A strong client following and the ability to bring in new work
