Senior Manager, E-Marketing
(equivalent to a Marketing Director role within an agency)


Leader of tops consumer healthcare brands has a career opportunity in central NJ for a Senior Manager (Director) of e-Marketing. Digital Marketing is quickly growing within this group and has become incredibly important in this company's marketing mix.


This position is responsible for developing and managing the implementation of online marketing initiatives across a broad set of disciplines. The Senior Manager e-Marketing develops digital brand plans, strategizes with internal marketing groups, manages relationships with outside agencies and develops and executes new online opportunities.


Responsibilities:

· Establish and communicate divisional digital strategies and process

· Develop and execute brands’ online strategies and programs, including online media, creative execution, production costs, and overall budget

· Develop all types of online activity including advertising, media plans, social media marketing programs, ecommerce/customer marketing initiatives, research, websites, and CRM from both a brand and divisional level

· Establish program measurement methodology and analyze results in terms of ROI and success criteria

· Manage multiple internal and external relationships including brand management relationships, interactive agencies, database partners, IT, Medical, Regulatory, and Legal.


Requirements:

· 8+ years in agency or client interactive marketing

· Deep knowledge of all aspects of digital marketing, including: search engine marketing, search engine optimization, website development, media buying, online advertising, social influence marketing, ecommerce/customer marketing and emerging online media.

· Demonstrated analytical and consultative abilities

· Excellent presentation, creative, and communication skills

· Must possess a tremendous amount of initiative and tenacity

· Solid understanding and depth of experience in current online trends and Customer Relationship Marketing.

· MBA preferred

· General knowledge of the OTC industry preferred

· General understanding of CPG online marketing preferred
