Our client is seeking a Mainframe Systems Programmer. Duration: 18 MonthsLocation: Brooklyn, NY Requirements
*Minimum six (6) years SW/HW experience in CA-View, CA-PANVALET.
*Minimum six (6) years SW/HW experience in IBM's Tivoli Workload Scheduler, IBM's Tivoli Output Manager.
*Minimum six (6) years SW/HW experience in IBM's SCLM and 3480/3490 Tape Technology.
*Minimum six (6) years experience in IBM Mainframe System Software. Tasks and DutiesSelected candidate(s) will be assigned to execute following tasks under the Mainframe Software Modernization project:
*To assist in migration from CA products to their IBM equivalents. To plan for + assist in the migration from 3480/3490 tape technology to a more current + supportive environment.
*Must be able to provide planning and implementation document, and work with staff to actually implement.
*Need to provide extensive elbow training in all products to onsite staff. NOTE: CANDIDATES WHO DO NOT MEET ALL MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR FURTHER EVALUATION Start Date: ASAP
