Web Project Manager
The Web Project Manager works with a team to project manage activities related to the development and maintenance of digital properties on company website.​

The qualified Web Project Manager will:



Manage projects, coordinate tasks, track resourcing for both individual projects and across the Web communications teams program to develop and maintain company digital properties.​

Develop timelines and budgets, and ensure that team projects adhere to them.​

Identify deliverables for each phase of a project, and ensure on-time delivery to a projects conclusion.​

Identify and problem solve roadblocks to successful task completion.​

Work closely with internal client, communications specialists, design team, and IT as needed through development process.​

Identify and communicate with internal client projects point of contact to ensure smooth progress over course of project.​

Test/​review all projects/​updates entering production to ensure integrity and monitor quality of sites after deployment.​

Assist the web communications team in developing, documenting, and improving processes to ensure successful site creation.​

Help clients understand how they can use the Web effectively to meet their communications goals.​

Assist with team administrative tasks.​

Desired Skills and Experience:

Experience managing digital projects timelines, budgets, processes

Knowledge and understanding of the best practices in Web development, digital trends, technology.​

Excellent oral and written communication skills.​

Comfort juggling multiple tasks and working under deadline pressure.​

Willingness to learn and use content management systems, such as Sitecore.​

Familiarity with HTML and editorial style guides (Chicago and AP) a plus.​
