Description
This position for a major brokerage house in downtown Manhattan is responsible for direct response and online advertising marketing programs for the company’s flagship brand. MUST HAVE experience in customer acquisition, preferably in financial services. Agency background a plus. Will implement effective direct response lead generation and conversion programs. -Be the day-to-day contact with online advertising agencies and vendors. Implement, track, analyze and optimize online ad programs. -Build marketing plans to acquire new retail customers to the franchise. -Align plans with business-specific goals. -Build and maintain close working relationships with business partners (branches, call centers, investment centers, product management) to effectively implement plans. -Understand and represent the consumer perspective linking research, customer information and product/service strategies to yield profitable customer centric programs. -Deliver plans within budget and timeliness. Coordinate key external and internal business partners to ensure effective execution. -Conduct analysis on campaign results and execute full post implementation reviews for future learning. Qualifications -Direct Marketing and Online Marketing experience is required. -Experience in marketing through a sales force is desired. -Experience in marketing retail financial services is a plus. -Strong written, verbal and presentation skills are required. -Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project is required. -7-10 yrs marketing experience with an emphasis on new client acquisition. 5 yrs online marketing experience. -Prior experience in direct marketing financial products is desired. -BA/BS degree required/Graduate degree a plus.
