Description:
Follow up on all e-mails from traders and provide status to each request.
Provide daily status reports on scheduled completed requests.
Process Technology Service Request encompassing all aspects of the trading floor requiremetns. Support the on site technicians in following up on all customer/trader requests.
Prepare service tickets and follow through to each ticket's completion
Provide on site technicians with status and due dates of techology service requests as needed.
Requirements:
Excellent organization skills; interpersonal skills, ability to work with traders and technicians; attention to detail; excellent verbal and written skills; excellent knowledge of Microsoft office products, i.e., excel, outlook, word. PC knowledge helpful. Prior working experience on a trading floor preferrred. Position is located in Stamford, CT.
