Requirements:
Degree qualified as an architect, you will have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in architecture or design, and contract administration or project management;
Be comfortable handling a range of concurrent projects;
Strong computer skills in multiple design packages including CAD, Adobe Creative Suite and other software as required;
Organize and prepare construction drawings and plans for submission, under the supervision of the Managing Director / Project Director;
Conversant with planning, design, project management and building regulations.
Fluency in English and Putonghua is highly preferred.
